Excellent service at Trego Dugan. FBO was very helpful, friendly and professional, as were the lineman. The Avionics shop and Caleb were great. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Trego Dugan! I stopped at KGRI for the night, en route Boston area (KOWD) to SF Bay Area (KPAO). Trego Dugan staff fueled my Mooney to the top, as requested—I was expecting a long leg in the morning—which takes effort and time. With unforecasted severe thunderstorms approaching, they inquired if I wanted to hangar the aircraft for the night (a suggestion I agreed to). Staff provided me transport into and back from town, and had the airplane prepared for me the next morning. Thanks!

Stopped here for fuel while they were busy with some turboprops, but they still took care of my single engine piston right away and offered up a courtesy car. Enjoyed my stop here and would happily come again.

NO NIGHT FUEL SERVICE! No answer on after hours line. Message box full. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Fine facility. Just be advised the courtesy car is 10 gallons minimum or $50 and it is first come first serve, so plan accordingly.

We had a similar experience as John G. A two-hour delay waiting for fuel, with no personnel at the FBO, no one answering Unicom, and no response on multiple telephone numbers. We had no clue how long the wait might be. We landed around 6:50 AM local time; they list opening at 5 AM local on ForeFlight, yet we did not get fuel until past 8 AM. The line crew's cell phone was visible on the front desk, ringing when we attempted to call. This FBO seems to only care about the airlines. This is the first negative review I have ever posted in my eleven years of flying, but it is certainly earned.
