Absolutely a phenomenal team of experts at the Cirrus service center. Had a magneto drop, and they had us back in the air with a new magneto within hours. Would highly recommend to all cirrus owners to make this your fly in destination for anywhere phoenix related.

Flew into KGEU for a quick appointment that I had downtown. Staff at Glendale Aero Services were very professional and helped me out tremendously by loaning me their crew car. They were also nice enough to hold onto my iPad and charge it for me while I was gone due to an issue with my USB charger in my airplane.

Pretty much zero interest in keeping customers. I called the day before to ask about the possibility of keeping the crew car overnight, and for one hour in the afternoon to attend a business meeting. Suzette said that overnight shouldn’t be a problem, but she couldn’t promise the afternoon because the one car was first come, first served. She said that there was a two hour limit, so if we arrived early enough we would probably be OK. We arrived 3 hours before our meeting anticipating a wait for the car to return, but the young lady at the counter said “oh, the owner took the crew car and won’t be back until tomorrow.” She absolutely didn’t care that customers had made prior arrangements. I immediately stopped the fueler and relocated to Goodyear, that completely bent over backwards to take care of me. I will definitely not be making a return visit to Glendale...the ambivalent attitude was sickening.
