Picking up a pax on a C172 has a $55 charge or 20 gals of fuel minimum purchase.

We hangared our aircraft there for a year. Needless to say A YEAR TOO LONG! Pilots, start by asking when last the filters were changed on the fuel truck. Filters! Not a big ticket item for a company promoting how wonderful they are! Fuel contamination is obviously not a factor. Next, either a tug doesn’t work or a fuel truck is broken. Owner’s couldn’t care a less. Park there but pay more for fuel from somewhere else. Sign a lease for hangar space. You trust that your plane is in a hangar as per contractual obligation. Think again. Pilot does various spot checks on days off and plane stands outside to sell off space to ad-hoc clients to make extra cash. Run far, far away from this crowd. Or you will get burnt. Your “small plane” that is meant to be safely in a hangar will get jet blasted by bigger jets that have zero sense of airmanship on a packed apron area. Owners are always “in meetings” to avoid explanation. Run Forrest Run. You get what you pay for and cheap is not always the best solution!
