Will not be returning ever or any other Signature location if we can help it. We were billed an "event fee" when there was no event for another 3 days! We discovered that Hill was not assessing this fee and their handling charge was half as much. New customer for sure. Signature refused to adjust the fee and when I told them we would not return their response was "thanks for coming today".

If you have to wait on pax, wheels up road mechanics take over the crew lounge. There's one crew car, so we had to Uber for lunch. We tried...headed back to Hill.

Got charged $80 for a one night stay in a C182. To me, that's a bit much. Unfortunately Hill FBO was closed for the evening so Signature was my only option.

I can confirm this place is awful. I pulled up to grab something. No ramp person to guide me and parked the aircraft for about 3 minutes and they charged me a ramp fee. They proceed to argue with me saying all metro Atlanta airports do it. I fly all over Atlanta and can confirm this is not true.

Great staff and facility, parked on the ramp for three days and had the aircraft out front for us when we departed.

Be aware that this Signature says they no longer accommodate after or before regular business hour callouts anymore as they indicate here on Foreflight. Thankfully, Hill Aircraft can accommodate this if you find yourself in need of FBO services.

I can confirm today that they are indeed unable/unwilling to accommodate after hours even if it's just five minutes after. Do not come here.
