Flew into here this past weekend. BEAUTIFUL FBO. One of the nicest I've been in. However, my aircraft has both a main tank and wingtip tanks. I asked for a main topoff only. I go out to the airplane and sure enough fuel was put into the wingtip tanks and not the main tank. This resulted in 20 extra gallons I didn't want. That was an expensive mistake on their part. I specifically mentioned to not do this. No reimbursement was offered. The fuel lineman should ask before filling up.

Correction, overnight ramp fee is thirty dollars!

First off, customer service and all the folks that work here are fantastic! The reason I won't be back, are all the fees they are charging now. I've flown in here many times over the years, but with the new name came an impression they are done with GA. Topping off does not waive any fees (didn't for me). Ramp/overnight - $10 (I stayed one night). Facility fee - $50. Infrastructure fee - $10. All that plus 6 gallons of fuel, $138.15!

Single engine turboprop. I purchased $500 of fuel and still was assessed a $200 ramp fee.

The after-hours on-call fee is $100 per hour, starting at 10 p.m.
