Had a heading indicator go out in my G1000, called ahead to Ventura Avionics they coordinated with Republic and Ventura towed it to their shop and brought it back when finished. Excellent job, and service and reasonably price. Highly recommend, Mario was awesome. Ventura Avionics 631-756-5500

Flew into FRG today for the first time doing a Pilots For Paws rescue and this FBO was amazing! The counter staff and aircraft handlers were super courteous, helped me with the pups, and let me use a crew car to get some food. Super helpful with a place to eat and even though I arrived in a small Piper Arrow, they treated me like I had shown up in one of the jets that dominated the FBO. Great staff, great facility, great attitude!! We hopefully be back soon.

Amazing!! Again!! RJC arranged a crew rate at an exceptional Marriott Courtyard and an Enterprise car. Marriott is close to the airport and surrounded by restaurants. RJC representatives, Gretchen Santos and Bill deserve a shout out for exemplifying super competent and attentive service. And I can't say enough about the unexpected phone call when CSR Bill informed me of the incoming bad weather, and hoped that I didn't mind if they placed my aircraft in the hanger.

Amazing service by CSR Matt and the line crew. Matt took a request from me (a Cirrus stranger to Republic) and produced a hotel room and AC outlet special parking instantly and with friendly competence. Same for line guys who were ready as we taxied in and seemingly couldn’t do enough for us. Exceptional!
