We stopped at KFLO for a fuel and food break on the way south the day before Thanksgiving. The teams in the tower and at Precision were excellent. Everything we needed for a quick turn to get us back on our way.

CSR Britany makes the best home made cookies and is always very kind and attentive to our family. Precision Air has a great team and we never have any problems there.

Flew into KFLO this week for a checkride when I had an abnormality pop up on arrival that needed a look from maintenance. The team dropped everything to meet me, diagnose the problem, had it fixed and signed off just in time for me to test. Phenomenal team all the way from FBO to maintenance that put everything they could into making sure I was good to go. Cannot give enough thanks to everyone that helped me for their excellent work and speedy service.
