Great staff, very helpful. Had issues getting aircraft started due to the cold weather, and all were happy to assist! I had the option for deicing, but they wanted $300 for a single engine piston, so I just waited a few hours for frost to thaw. But I can't speak highly enough about how helpful the staff was! Definitely recommend this FBO.

Wiseman was fine, don't understand these bad google reviews. They clearly prioritize jets above a Cessna 182... they forgot me when a jet came in, but beside that they were quick friendly and helpfull. Dorp off at the Terminal for car was no problem. Excellent stop with good car rental options for the Sedona area.

I've flown a Diamond DA-40 all over the country over the past 6 years. Been everywhere. Wiseman FBO at Flagstaff might be the finest FBO I've visited. Excellent customer service, fair and capable maintenance staff, reasonable prices. A solid team operates here. Will certainly make this my primary stop whenever I'm headed west from Memphis.

Taxi in, wasn't sure where to park, they immediately had a "follow me" cart pull in front of me. Linemen and desk staff were friendly. Only stayed a short time. Be advised, crew cars not available when there has been snow/ice.
