No taxiway lighting for night landings

Stopped in on Sunday 4/23/23. When we landed around 11:30 am there was no one around. Suggest calling if you plan on stopping for fuel as there was no way to get fuel with nobody present.

Flew in 2/13/23..Nice quiet airport. Runway is smooth though not the cleanest surface around. The useable taxiways are nice(many taxiways blocked off/old Navy strip). There was No activity, I literally did not see another plane in the pattern or parked anywhere on the field, not even in the weeds. Felt kinda Twilight Zoneish. Lol! What attracted me was the cheap gas. Plenty of ramp space. There is a mechanic shop on the field, but I would suggest calling ahead for them, if needed. This airport and ONX(just over the state border) usually have the best prices in the Hampton Roads area. Current price as of this date is correct with FS. There is NO SS pump(they’re trying to get one). I couldn’t receive the asos until about 10miles out, surprising, since the area is flat for dozens of miles around and the nearest aiports’ asos can be heard 15-25mls out.
