Crew car has been out of service for a long time. No one marshaled us in on arrival, and overall we experienced some of the lowest customer service I’ve seen at an FBO. There is definitely room for improvement.

Terrible FBO. They charged me fifteen dollars to use the restroom. No bottled water, nothing, they gave me a styrofoam cup for water.

Nice folks. We got a new line guy. He was struggling with the fuel truck. He apologized many times.
