August 14, 2024Overall decent FBO. There is transient parking just to the south of Atlantic ramp. Whatever you do, do not sign the iPad for a free drink; your phone and email will be spammed endlessly. (It was early and I wasn't thinking clearly)

August 10, 2024Nice facility. Did a drop off of some family which worked out well. The people were nice and helpful. Really no complaints except for the price of fuel which I didn't purchase there. Will definitely see them again.

February 9, 2024I called the EUG location at least three hours prior to arrival to let them know we would need a quick turn after a drop off. It was a rainy night and the ramp desperately needs better and more lighting. The ramp worker who parked us was not doing much to waive us down from the taxiway 100+ yards away. I waited almost 45 minutes to get fuel, and there were no other aircraft on the ramp requiring services at the time. This was one of the worst FBO visits I have had in the last 15 years.
