Excellent service and a great FBO. John was awesome. We called ahead, he marshaled us in and had the crew car prepared. John even offered to bring the car right to the aircraft! There was no charge for the crew car and no fees since we bought fuel. John recommended we stop by Gays Deli and the food was superb! Truly a positive experience.

Very friendly service. Crew car is $3/mile you drive it. Perhaps try a different FBO if you want a crew car.

Sorry to say, a pitiful experience at Easton Jet. Nobody monitoring radio. Tried to communicate for half an hour with no response. Passenger wanted a taxi called. No ramp agent to park the airplane. Very scattered and unprofessional. No apology offered for the poor service. Not impressed this time around.

Excellent service at Easton Jet Center yesterday. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good facilities. They permitted us to use the crew car for dinner over in St. Michael's. We will return.

This is one of the best and most interesting FBOs around. The facility is filled with really cool furniture and pictures, and the staff is outstanding.

Fantastic stop for fuel. Quick service and the FBO building is awesome. Was not expecting all the cool decor and facilities but was an awesome place with friendly folks throughout. Will be back!
