Excellent FBO! Line Staff and desk people were great. We had an issue with our plane, the A&P was quick to help and got us on our way as fast as possible.

Excellent service! Flew in a C177 to check out Presque Isle. Line crew was out waiting for me, immediately asked what I needed and fueled me right away. No charge for the crew car. They even followed me out to pull my chocks for me. I will certainly be back!

They saved the day for us. We planned to fly from Buffalo across Pennsylvania to the south west but were hindered by the snow and had to stay overnight. We asked if they could find hangar space so that the next day we could start the helicopter without difficulty; the FBO accommodated us. The ground crews also helped us pushing in/out of the helicopter. Nice FBO, we sure will visit again.

Be cautious of the operating hours they have posted. Twice now I’ve flown into here expecting them to be open as advertised, only to be met on the ramp and told it’ll be $100/hr for us to stay open so you can go to dinner. Landed at 9:30 and 9 on both occasions, planning to be back before the posted closing of 1100p. It seems they close around 9:30 or 1000p now. Hours require updating.
