I was in and out in my Mooney. Had to meet with Customs agents. I was on the ramp for 1 hr. $95.00 in fees. These places are killing GA.

They're charging all, including my single, $50 for an employee "habitat fee", which I understand they don't pass on to the employees...what's up with that-

I get that it's "Vail", but seriously? Parked my 2 seat LSA on the ramp for three days. The handling fees were $340, plus $150 per night for overnight parking, along with a $56 habitat fee and a $38 infrastructure fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a good experience with Signature KEGE. Yes...the fees are aggressive for single engine pistons including 100LL. That said the front desk was very accommodating. Andrea was above and beyond! Additionally, I needed all of my tires changed; they put me in touch with "Jake" who heads up their maintenance facility, super accommodating, took care of everything, didn't miss a beat.

Sad to see another FBO soiled by disconnected corporate leaders. Front desk staff seem uninterested in being personable, fees are ridiculous, line service needs to be reminded of a request before it gets completed... I get the vibe no one really enjoys working there.

Beware! Signature imposes the following charges for a C172 or similar: 1) "Facility Fee" : $30.00 (waived with 10 gallon fuel purchase, truck or Self-serve) 2) "Security and Technology Fee": $8.00 (cannot be waived) 3) "Habitat Fee": $50.00 (cannot be waived) If you're unfortunate enough to have to stay overnight due to weather or AOG, expect to fork over $50/night. Pretty brutal...rest in peace Vail Valley Jet Center, we miss you.
