$20 facility fee waived with 10 gallon AvGas purchase in a PA28 plus an $8 security fee

Landed here in a Cirrus on a Sunday and used the crew car to drive my pax to Hobby for a flight. Fuel was inexpensive so I topped off the tanks. $8 fee. Not as polished as Hobby's FBO's, but equally friendly and $242 less expensive!

Flew in over the weekend, the arrival experience was excellent. Had a rental arranged and they brought my car immediately to the aircraft. The next day involved an early morning departure. Although it's staffed 24 hours, if you plan on leaving early you will need to contact the person on duty. It was not a major issue. Handling fee was waived with fuel purchase.

Not my preferred FBO in the Houston area; fuel is very expensive for the area and the facility is really run down. The front desk representatives are nice enough, but much better service can be located at the FBOs west and north of Hobby (Hobby is even a better selection than KEFD).

Excellent place to land. The Signature FBO line personnel are helpful and friendly (Hadid and David kill it with their great 'get it done' attitudes). Very rarely have I had a problem getting fueled even considering the military traffic. The front desk team have great attitudes and are engaging. The new guy Nick is on his game! Harco is located next door and they have proven available in case of a mechanical issue. Superb place to land and get fueled.
