Fantastic FBO!! Hands down. The CSRs (Kandy & Karol) are amazing...arranged everything we needed, dropped off rental car, etc. Line guys?? Rock stars! They kick butt. Can't give enuff kudos to these wonderful folks. Thank you so much.

I have to say that the customer service at this location is superior to anywhere I've flown into in the last few years. When we landed it was like a nascar pit stop. Kudos to the management and staff.

Damaged my wing fueling and denied responsibility. It's a BRAND NEW airplane. Then they attempted to conceal it. Very disappointed in this facility.

Sheltair ECP did an excellent job yesterday with a double quick turn on fuel and GPU starts to get us in and out with minimal time on the ground. Thanks for the great work!

Although you're only minutes from the Commercial Terminal at KECP don't expect a ride, you may be told by the FBO that they will give you a shuttle over but helping customers is a low priority; happened on two different trips here. Uber is a better bet. Sheltair clears a low bar on service. CSR's aren't friendly. Superb line crew!
