Stopped there on Nov. 18th, 2023. Was enroute to NE when I had an unexpected fuel imbalance out over the Atlantic. Couldn't have asked for nicer folks all the way around, tower and FBO. Fine young gal working the line helped me work on fueling the aircraft and solving my fuel transfer problem. Turns out improperly seated tip tank fuel cap. Reasonable Jet A fuel price. Will definitely stop there again in the future.

This is a wonderful fuel stop. Traffic was light, service was quick and competent, fuel price was good, and the tower staff were friendly. No delays whatsoever, perfect for a fast refueling.

I stopped and stayed overnight because of weather while traveling from Key West back to New Jersey. Clayton assisted me greatly in locating a wonderful B&B on the river (about a mile from downtown) and subsequently organized for the proprietor to collect me. This unplanned stop turned into a very pleasant experience, and I plan to return during the summer. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Landed again at Elizabeth City for fuel, and was greeted at the aircraft by Kent, who could not do enough to be of assistance. He offered us the crew car to go to a restaurant and made fresh coffee. FBO is clean and comfortable. Fuel prices are reasonable for full service. Highly recommended for travel up and down the East Coast.
