I’ve used this FBO in the past and had positive experiences with the service. However, be aware of their strict after-hours policy: if you arrive after 7:00 PM, you’ll be charged $150 per hour just to have one person stay late to place chocks under your wheels—no exceptions. This unexpected fee makes it impractical to use this airport and nearby hotel as an overnight stop on future trips.

Spoke with front desk. Fees for a Cirrus SR22T were $65.00 landing fee and $31.00 per night ramp fee. For Part 91 Airplanes you receive a $1.00 discount on the landing fee for each gallon of fuel purchased. 100LL was $8.27 on the day I called. They cannot set up rental cars for you. They have complimentary shuttle services to the resort but if you want a car you have to use someone like Enterprise FBO or arrange to have a car delivered there.

Their fees listed here on foreflight are way less than you'll be charged. My Aerostar is listed at $40/day, but I called to confirm and they quoted my exact airplane model of $86. But that's not the end of it. Then after I left, the next day I was charged $111 total on my credit card (not after hours either). They said they just had misquoted me before I came... Moral of the story is you better get it in writing or good luck trusting what they say on the phone!

Avoid this location. High-priced fuel and costly landing charges. The FBO really ought to publish all their fees on their website.

Nice FBO and helpful staff. Good crew cars. Fuel prices are too high and fees accumulate.
