Second time in there in SR22T. First time was not a bad experience but certainly felt as though we were in their way. Today the feeling was more like they couldn't care less. Called ahead to have plane out and fueled, arrived an hour later and plane was on the ramp but no fuel. Had to wait about half hour more for fueling to be completed all the while trying to get out before storms. In the future I will not bother with fuel that is $2.00+ per gallon higher than the other place on the field.

The service is excellent, marshaling in and even accommodating odd requests like towing for reparking, parking with the rudder full to one side. Though fuel and parking aren't inexpensive, this is a superb location for the Phoenix area. Homemade brownies are wonderful too!

The crew at Cutter made my overnight stay easy and effortless. The rental car was waiting on the ramp when I got out of the aircraft. Parking was such that I did not need to be repositioned. Excellent job Cutter crew.

I brought my Vision jet here for 5 days in Feb. From the Marshaller that waved me in perfectly to a tight space forward, this was an excellent experience. We are C.A.A. and they treated us very well. Prices are more than fair, everyone has a smile and things are prompt. Our Go rental was right at planeside ready to go. This is a BUSY airport and they make it look easy. Will return.

Excellent service before, during, and after the flight. Four people met us at the aircraft upon arrival. A rental car was brought right out to us. They offered covered parking and hangar space for additional charges. Facilities were quite nice and comfortable. Really pleasant people.
