People there are nice and friendly, paid a 15$ facility fee with a C172 (no refueling)

Excellent experience at Sheltair DTO! Very friendly staff and customer service. Enjoyable facility and reasonably priced fuel. They even loaned us a vehicle to grab some food in Denton while we waited for maintenance on our PA 23 Apache. I will return.

Overall, not a good experience at Shelterer in Denton. The linemen were friendly and fast, but the front desk staff were not friendly at all. The facility fees and overnight fees are way too high for this location.

We've always have good experiences at all Sheltair locations, and Sheltair DTO was no exception. We were treated with excellent service, even though we were just a light piston single. Will definitely return next time we come to the Dallas area.

Very nice place and a pleasant experience overall. Took my 7yo and we got some soft serve ice cream while we relaxed in the break room for a while. Nice pilots' lounge and passenger waiting areas.

Me and another pilot flew in with two Archers for a fuel stop. We were both marshaled in and chocked. Requested a top off at the front desk and by the time we got out of the restroom our aircraft were ready to go. Will return here next time I am in the vicinity.
