Flew in to visit the Ark Encounter. Rental was waiting on the ramp and all the staff was super helpful and kind. On departure day they pulled our plane right up front. Controllers were great too. Super easy getting in and out of the Bravo. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience- Highly recommend.

Flew in last weekend with a piston Piper. Crew greeted my family and Me with a carpet in front of the airplane door. Very nice and prompt. The front desk staff were fast and going in and out of this FBO was a breeze. Nice crew cars. Zero complaints. Getting in and out of the airport was also straightforward considering the size and traffic at this Bravo.

Bogus Fees and refused to explain Flew in a Cherokee to pick a passenger up at Premier FBO. Was there for maybe five minutes and used no services. The guy working the desk locked the door and wouldn't let us leave until we paid some sort of fee. I checked the FBO website, AFD, Foreflight Comments and could not find any fees listed. After paying anyway, I asked him where the fees were published, he refused to provide the information, and said he didn't have time to deal with me, and I should "learn to be more humble"

New ownership - same great personnel. However, the new ownership is charging 3.5% for payment using a credit card. This seems quite bizarre.
