Jet Center was an amazing FBO! Flew my 172 in from F70 for just a couple hours and was treated very well. Was charged a $25 landing fee since we did not get fuel. 10/10 superior to Atlantic btw

The team at Carlsbad Jet Center provides nothing short of fantastic service. I used them twice this week for two quick turns. They got me fueled and ready to go in fifteen minutes. When you go inside you find the most accommodating and friendly staff led by Estrella the manager. The FBO has a beautiful waiting area and plenty of snacks and drinks. It is not common to find this level of friendliness and service. They are also C.A.A. with great pricing. Keep up the excellent work, I will be back soon.

Flew in for recurrent training at LOFT just down the hill. The service could not have been any better. Our car was waiting on the ramp at arrival, there was plenty of help to unload, and the line guys and girls behind the desk were friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Customer service is excellent. Shout out to Estrella, she was working temporarily at KSTS and helped us out on our quick turn with customers. If she represents the employees at Carlsbad Jet Center then you will be in good hands. Great job!

Security fee for single piston aircraft is $25. For multi-engine, there is an additional $30 handling charge. Plus overnight fees are $35/$50 respectively.

Update. The FBO called me and informed me I was billed incorrectly. Not only did they fix it, they credited the full charges back to my card. That took me by surprise. I am not one to question a bill, but they make everything right. I will now recommend them strongly. Thank you for handling this.
