Ramp fee of $720 for Citation XL. We asked about a hangar just for a few hours during the day to keep the cabin cool, they wanted $750. Go to Sterling instead, they are CAA and half the price on fuel.

Atlantic was wonderful for us. Five stars! We happened to arrive a few minutes after they closed at 11, and they were kind enough to wait for us, pump a full 10 gallons, and offered free snacks. There is a $40 facility charge, but we were glad to pay it given the amenities.

Not a fan!! Acted like they didn't see me arrive at 10PM. Hard to miss a red Cirrus pulling up to your ramp with flashing lights. Didn't bother to come out. Had to yell through the gate to get them to come back and let us out. Worst customer service experience. Won't be back.

As an Angel Flight Pilot, I was not charged any fees and also got one dollar off per gallon on fuel. Their service is next to none. What else can I ask for- keep it up.

A $271 drop off fee in a TBM with no fuel purchase. At minimum, have someone assist with parking the aircraft and chocking the tires. Middle of the afternoon and nobody assisted with anything, but they were quick to run your credit card. Steer clear of this operation at all costs.

Facility fee/drop off fees are a rip off. I won’t be back.
