The lady at the front desk has been rude at every visit. Shirley has the least amount of customer skills possible. The men on the ramp were professional until you have to deal the lady covering the front seat. We waited outside until they opened. She pulls up into the front parking space which should be reserved for customers. No greeting just complaining. I come to this FBO monthly for business but I wish our company would move elsewhere.

Awful FBO, steer clear if possible. Everyone we interacted with seemed extremely rude, particularly the woman at the front desk. She then billed us a $15 ramp fee even though she told me earlier that very day on the phone they don't charge one unless you use a vehicle or stay beyond two hours (we were there for a mere five minutes). Avoid this place, I certainly won't return. Haven't encountered such rude people in ages.

Had an issue with my cirrus up oin ocean isle 60J which is an hour away. Brandon came up and had two new mags installed on field within 48 hours, flawless. +1 (843) 504-4469 is his number.

Stopped at KCRE for fuel on the way to Marco Island on 3/12/25 and it was excellent. Tower crew friendly. FBO and fuel staff all welcoming and helpful. Nice facilities and pilot's lounge with a shower if needed. I will return for a stay in the area.
