Nice people and nice facilities. Jet Fuel is a little on the high side but all other services are in line with what I normally pay.

Nice facility, and excellent people. We were delayed a bit by headwinds, but they stayed late, pulled the rental car up to the aircraft. Fueled and ready to go on time the next day. We visited the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, which requires more than one full day to see, and is worth the trip just to see that.

I asked the FBO to fill my O2 bottle, and it was returned to me less than full. The charge for this was $90. TJ, the operations manager explained that as they use their bottles, the less they have to fill with, thus, they were unable to service more than they did. I asked him if he thought that is good service and he said “not really.” I expressed that I thought it was only right that I pay less since I received less. TJ was dismissive and uninterested. Maybe you need a jet to get good service

Excellent FBO. Plenty of friendly staff. It even has a small restaurant/bar inside the building. Very classy, just be careful of the winds coming from the canyons out of the west. Constantly. Strong winds, so LOOK at the wind socks to verify. Winds shift all the time. PA28-180
