Just got charged a landing fee of $5 for an after hours stop and go. Not a major issue but it seems the airport isn't very transparent about their charges.

Stopped at the self serve pump to get 100LL and found the pump was zipped tied shut. Did not bother checking if a fuel truck was available. The management appears not to understand or care about GA. Rumor has it he inherited the airport from a relative and views it as an annoyance.

Landing there to get about 50 gallons of fuel. On the ground for 34 minutes per FlightAware and was charged the $5 landing fee and a $50 "parking fee". This is outrageous!!! Vector told me to send them the receipt and they would remove the $50 from my invoice. I pointed out that this amounts to a $5 charge for providing data they already possess. :) FLY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Just got a phone call from the airport; as an update, they are going to waive my $50 fee for parking since I did buy fuel. However, they will not negotiate or waive landing fees. They told me they didn't care if I ever came there again—in fact, it was a good thing if us general aviation guys weren't clogging up the airways or coming into their airport. They also stated we had no idea what it costs to run an airport and that they were doing us a courtesy.

What a racket! Just got a bill for $110 to drop off and pick up. Wasn't there for more than 30 minutes each time! Fee schedule shows no landing fee. I had spoken with a gentleman at the FBO before I arrived because I heard rumor of this and he said it would cost five dollars for a two seat aircraft. That was not the case! I'm going to dispute this bill because this is a money grab! Avoid this airport!
