I know everyone has bad days, so I understand when service is sometimes not up to standard, BUT, these guys are consistently poor.....EVERY-TIME! There will be 3 guys sitting around while you taxi around their ramp to figure out parking, they will continue to not even acknowledge your arrival while you unload your luggage, you will show up to a plane not fueled...even though you called ahead twice. Sorry guys, but you need to improve.

A kind young lady saw how devastated we were by the fact that there's very little food at the FBO and she got us food from the employee fridge. Above and beyond, five stars across-the-board, by far our favorite FBO in Northern California.

No cafe or restaurant, but vending machines, restrooms, and a lounge are available. The staff was excellent!

Go for the Star Wars memorabilia…stay for the excellent service and good food in town. Piston aircraft, jets, and helicopters all seem welcome and are treated well. A superb stop for just fuel or Food and fuel.

Fantastic FBO! Diverted here on a VFR flight because of smoke in the area and the staff at Northgate took excellent care of us. They permitted us to use the crew car overnight to get to our hotel and dinner, and allowed us to use the golf cart to load our luggage onto the aircraft the following morning. The lounge is air conditioned and comfortable, and the Star Wars memorabilia is next level! We will certainly return next time we are in the vicinity.
