September 25, 2025 I called Erica about a week before arriving, and she was amazing. Like others have mentioned, she had all the answers, recommendations, and connections with car rentals and hotels. She is even helping me fix an issue with an overcharge in my car rental. I can honestly say I have never received this level of service from an FBO front desk. She made the entire experience exceptional.

Small crew room only 4 chairs. Only 2 crew cars, so we had to wait 2 hours to go eat lunch. $700 ramp fee for a Citation 5. Typical Signature, overpriced and underserviced.

Landed there two nights ago, was greeted by Erica. In non of my many FBO stops have I been treated so amazingly. Erica set me up with a hotel room and shuttle in no time. I was truly impressed, so much so that I signed up for the Signature tailwinds rewards program. Thank you Erica.

Five hundred dollars handling fee for a two hour stop in a light jet...

Stopped in for fuel in a single engine piston. Very nice and clean facility. They waived the handling fee, which was $30. Charged an infrastructure fee of $8.

Amazing FBO, got the crew car too. Charged $8 for landing fee and waived off handling charges with fuel purchased. Will be coming back soon
