Excellent FBO, friendly staff who are really on it, and who do not like ice cream.

Professional and accommodating staff. Been here a couple times and have been treated well on both visits.

Flew my 172 into CHA to practice Class C communications. Was immediately met at ramp by linesman and welcoming staff who quickly got us parked, chocked and welcome mats laid. FBO was extremely nice and clean with complimentary coffee and cookies. My only complaint was the $25 ramp fee. For a 45 minute stop, that was the most expensive cup of coffee and cookies I've ever had. Seems like everyone has gone fee/tip crazy. Doubtful I'll go back.

Stopped here to stretch our legs on a long XC and had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and there were complementary snacks and blue bell ice cream available. Spoke with a ramp guy named David for a while and he was a really nice guy and great to talk to

Always a great experience - been here a couple of times in a C172, they always marshall me in and give a golf cart escort to the building. Free water, ice cream, and they even had a small breakfast buffet today. Two crew cars, but the rental agency also has a deal for a two hour rental for about $30 just in case. Wonderful service here!
