This was my first overnight stop taking my Waco YMF5 home from Michigan to Texas. They got my aircraft in a hangar for the night. They let me use the crew car to go into town. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Would stop here again.

July 2024, Cape Aviation went from a friendly GA FBO to something else entirely. We have flown in here repeatedly for over 8 years, and something shifted for the worse. $20 landing fee for light singles. Waived if fuel is purchased. $20 daily ramp fee, just to park. No waivers available. These charges were a signal for GA to stay away, so we will.

Fantastic FBO. Called in 15 mins out for fuel on a quick turn in our Turbo 182 and the fuel truck was plane-side before we even stepped out of the aircraft. Cheap fuel and the cookies inside were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Used to pop by for lunch or dinner or grab a musical at Southeast. "Oh sir, we've have a ramp fee now." Totally shocked. Federally provided infrastructure and city provided buildings and the FBO chooses to extract every last dollar from GA. Farewell CGI, it was nice knowing you.

Very friendly staff and excellent fuel price. They provided us a courtesy car so we could get to a local restaurant. Restaurant service was slower than usual, and on Sunday evening they were scheduled to close at 6pm. I called to settle the fuel bill and arrange returning the car keys to the office. Staff responded, "don't worry, I'll just wait for you." It truly doesn't get better than that!
