City of Coffeyville Municipal Airport KCFV Pilot Reviews

One of the few "old-fashioned" airports left in the US. Stopped for affordable fuel, was greeted right at the 100LL pump and then finished the fueling! Was then offered one (of two!) crew cars to head out for lunch - but left after a very fast turn. Because of the wonderful hospitality, this stop is everything prior reviewers have mentioned and I strongly endorse Coffeyville for all facilities vital to cross-country aviators!

FBO manager volunteered to run the self service pump. He got us fueled and on our way. Wide easy runways. Fuel prices were very reasonable. Thanks Jared! Excellent stop we used again on the way back.

Stopped for fuel and a quick turn during a long cross country. I was impressed with the customer service. Received full service even though it was self service fuel and they have the lowest fuel prices in the area. They offered free bottled water and soda.

Stopped here for fuel and lunch. Old FBO hasn’t been updated in awhile but the basics are here. Asked for a top off (no self serve) and courtesy car. The attendant walked out of the office without saying a word. We waited on him to fuel the aircraft and when he returned he had us pay. Then handed us the keys to the courtesy car, which even by courtesy car standards was pretty sorry. If you keep the speed under 40 it is probably safe. We got a laugh out of a big button attached to the steering column labeled “HORN”. Yup, we tried it out several times!
