I work here and fly out of KCDW! Amenities as of time of writing: restrooms (w/ complimentary mouthwash and changing room), pilot's lounge (TV, reclining chairs w/ leg rest & power outlets, table, dimmable lights), galley (microwave, fridge, freezer, plates & cutlery, tables, water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa), drink and snack vending machines, conference room (by reservation), lounge, outdoor patio space. Pro tips: HANGAR SPACE is usually VERY LIMITED. Call well in advance of your visit! CDW > TEB

Line crew assisted with parking, quick fueling, and a comfortable FBO while waiting for our passenger. It is a busy airport with flight schools operating. It works well for accessing the city quickly. Uber took 50 minutes and cost $75 each way.

Not good. Arrived in a Mooney, the person over the counter was swiping his phone, pointed me toward the paperwork without even looking at me. I previously discussed with someone about giving us a ride to the nearby bus stop, but that person told us they are super busy even though my airplane was the only one on the ramp and the FBO was totally empty.

Landed on 6/4/25 in a Bonanza. Very pleasant FBO. Stayed overnight. Ramp fee amounted to $30 and the overnight parking charge was $25. Simple in and out. Newark approach was quite busy but excellent. I would land here again.

Excellent service! Line crew parked us and asked what I needed right away. The CSR was helpful and gave us recommendations for getting into the city. Lyft works better than Uber, but expect to spend $100 per way. Called in a fuel order 15 minutes out and by the time i got back i was fueled and ready to go. Will certainly be back! Super GA friendly!
