Deanna made it simple to plan and prepare for bad weather that was forecast, the line crew had the aircraft parked right at the terminal for our passengers, assisted with luggage, fueled us right away and got us into the hangar in sub-zero temperatures. Superb work!

Won't be back. Ramp attendant did not chalk both of my main wheels after he promised, just vanished. This caused the airplane to weathervane on the ramp. Rental car was not present upon my arrival even with clear instructions and loading my itinerary into their system. Upon departure, the west building was completely empty; I had to call two times and waited over an hour for fuel and to be let out onto the ramp. Still got charged $25 in FBO fees. The gentleman who finally arrived was excellent but clearly AVFlight has lost its way.

once again AvFlight-East (McKinley) did a superb job with my 182Q. A special "thank you" to Dean who assisted my wife in adjusting the rental car booking so the vehicle was brought to Avflight. The car was prepared and waiting for us. Charges are standard for this size field: $5 facility and $20 ramp parking. I am unsure if I will receive a separate invoice from the airport authority.

Great facility, friendly staff. The only issue is the airport sent me a $15.00 landing fee invoice in the mail a month later. It would be nice to know all the fees upfront and be able to pay for them at the same time.

Free limited snacks and water bottles provided. Additional drinks and snacks are available for purchase.
