Absolutely exceptional customer service. If you fly into the commercial side call Eagle Aviation for a ride to the FBO. If you want great service and to deal with great people call Eagle Aviation. Flew into Columbia Metro for a wedding - Nice long crossing runways with approach and tower controllers. The staff at Eagle aviation were very accommodating. They topped off my fuel while I was still unloading. They managed to arrange for a rental car, even when I couldn't because of the Masters Golf Tournament. I will certainly use them again the next time I'm in Columbia.

Me and my friend Evan took a flight to Columbia Metro to get our cross country done. Upon arrival we were greeted by the ground team and they were very polite. Working the front desk was April. She was very kind and funny and gave us a crew car for our trip. Would certainly come back.

Flew in yesterday. Called ahead and talked to the Legend, Eli, and he got us set up with a crew car for lunch. Marshaled right in and treated like we were a G6 even though our little 172 is a bit smaller. Cheyenne and Kenny (hope I remembered that name correct) were fantastic. Upon return same awesome treatment. No fuel purchased. Fees here state $15 for SEL but we were charged $30. Car was no charge so definitely not complaining! For a Class Charlie, easy in and out and highly recommend. Call ahead if you’re a little bird.
