Stopped here for fuel after 1800. Nice self serve 100LL. A local pilot advised me there is usually a downdraft when taking off on 31, but not 13. I am unsure how accurate that is or if it was just because the winds were from the south that day. I suppose the FBO is the maintenance building on the south end of the ramp. The door was unlocked, the AC was running, and there were bathrooms available. Otherwise, the FBO seemed older and unoccupied.
