Good fuel price but...sumped water from my tank after refueling there on 17JUL25. I later spoke with one of my airplane partners who told me he had also taken on a small amount of water from there a few weeks ago. I advised the airport manager. Just be careful and make sure you pull fuel samples after fueling there!

Flew down for a meeting at the college. Courtesy car had a dead battery but the owners of tri-state Aviation let me use their pick up for a couple of hours to run to the college and back. Extremely nice people with a beautiful facility.

The small crew lounge building adjacent to the fuel pump is excellent. Refreshments and beverages available on an honor system, Wi-Fi access, and a crew car are provided. Much appreciated!

Nice self service, works well and pleasant lounge. Great runway and a nice little stop.
