They charged me sixty dollars to drop off a friend at KBVY. I did not even want to park or utilize their FBO. Still, they insisted I go inside and settle the charge. They fail to advertise this fee anywhere. Not on ForeFlight, Garmin, AirNav, or even their own site. If FBO services are not required, one can use the opposite side of the field near the tower without incurring a fee.

Disappointing experience. After parking, I went inside to check in - they said they already had my details from FltPlan.com. I asked for a top off. Returning many hours later, I couldn't get through the locked ramp security gate for several minutes as nobody answered the gate intercom. The flight planning computer was not working. My requested top off hadn't been completed, and I was told to fill out a fuel request slip even though they already possessed all my information. Twenty minutes wasted. Staff were pleasant but appeared swamped.

This FBO offered a wonderful experience. Flew in to go to Salem for the day. Line crew met us at our aircraft with a golf cart. They tied the plane down for us and drove us and our luggage to our rental car. Facility was top shelf. Will certainly be back.

Very nice FBO, pilot lounge, and quick attentive line crew. $15 a night 1 night waived with 10g fuel.

Best FBO I've been to in a while. Max, Tyler and Brady are excellent line guys.
