Landed here in an open cockpit bi-plane and they treated me like a jet customer. That is customer service. Keep up the good work.

First time at KBVO and as soon as the prop stopped, a lineman was there to see if we needed fuel or anything else. They fueled us up and assisted with tie-down using FBO supplied ropes. The FBO has nearly new courtesy cars, five of them. Grabbed one and headed to town for lunch. They offer snacks, drinks, and a modern lounge area. Highly recommend the KBVO FBO.

Line personnel are fast, attentive, and pleasant. Crew cars are available. Lots of local dining choices just a short 5 minutes away in the downtown sector. Cannot request much more. Will return if in the vicinity.

The guys here are absolutely amazing! As soon as you land they're on the Unicom asking if you need anything so they can be right there with a fuel truck as soon as you shut down if needed! They're super fast, reliable and very nice! It's always a great experience when I stop over in my Vans RV-8 as if I was flying my Gulfstream here! They also have a crew car available to head into downtown Bartlesville where there's some GREAT food options! - Tommy
