Really nice FBO with super friendly line service. We were immediately greeted, parked and offered a nice crew car. The airport is a little busy with training activity, but it's a great facility and an easy stop.

Very nice people. But when I arrived, they sent me across town to pick up my Hertz rental car. When we got there, the Hertz manager said he left it at the FBO. So drove all the way back and sure enough, it was sitting there with the keys at the front desk. Also, left plane overnight and they did not have indoor hanger space. Next morning had issue getting engine started due to cold temps and they did not have an engine pre-heater or a jump box. Then didn't have list of mobile A&Ps.

Building is nice and clean. However staff is slow and unapologetically rude. Do not count on fast or good service. I showed up many times to an empty FBO wondering how on earth I was going to get fuel, only to call the numbers on the wall to find someone and being scolded afterwards. Once they do show up, they take absolutely forever to get the truck going and to fuel your plane. It took nearly 40 mins to get 30 gals of 100LL. Overall SS needs to fix whatever CS issues they have going on.

The pilot lounge area is fantastic! Excellent service overall.
