Top notch service. The line guys were very attentive and friendly. Got fuel right after we landed with no problems. Getting a rental (Hertz) through the FBO was straightforward and they brought the vehicle to us, which made unloading the plane easy. Small discount on fuel for AOPA members. We will certainly be returning to Million Air whenever we visit Burbank.

This place is amazing, our favorite Million Air location. Shoutout to Hugo, German and Race (Lineman) for making us feel like a million bucks in our small plane. Big thanks to Katrina inside for taking care of us on the phone and after we arrived, just extraordinary service. We cant wait to return.

AVOID! I had asked to put in 15 gals of avgas. An hour before I showed up at the FBO for my departure, the FBO phoned me to confirm the instructions and I said them again. But when I got there, they informed me that they had put in 30 gals. I spoke with the manager, one Ron, who claimed there was no method to remove the extra fuel, and that I must buy it.

First rate FBO. There's a small AOPA discount on 100LL, though it's still quite pricey.

Friendly and prompt service. Front desk staff even went above and beyond with an additional request. Always the best service at Million Air.

I fly in here often and the service is equally great in a jet or piston. Friendly staff and excellent service. High fuel prices are typical in this area, but you get a great facility and people when you come here.
