No courtesy car! Had planned on flying in and going to Simmons sporting goods, arrived here and there was no courtesy car as ForeFlight indicates they offer.

Nobody was at the FBO at 11:30 on a Friday. The facility was messy, but the fuel cost was good.

Had to divert here due to a Mooney in front of me in the pattern at Monroe forgetting to lower his gear. There was a mechanic working on a plane on the field and he dropped everything he was doing to try to get the courtesy car running so my family and I could get some lunch. When the courtesy car wouldn’t start he contacted a friend on the field and the friend loaned us his own personal truck to use. Amazing folks, didn’t know there were still people like this around in our world today! Southern hospitality at its finest!
