Jackson Jet Center KBOI Pilot Reviews

Total disarray. Left hand and right hand have no idea what they are doing. One tells you one thing, another tells something different. Horrible experience. Check my Google Review for more details. Avoid Jackson Jet Center. Go a little further to the Nampa airport. Just on the edge of the BOI Class C. Very friendly, accommodating, and actually want your business. Jackson Jet Center could care less.

Flew in today on an Angel Flight, unannounced, I forgot to call. No issue, they marshaled us to parking, and even brought out the golf cart to take the passenger to the door. Did the same after his appointment. All for a Cherokee. Excellent service.

Overnight fee was twenty dollars for one night. Ramp fee, forty dollars, was waived with fuel purchase. Aircraft: Harmon Rocket II

A++++ Excellent FBO with 1st class service and reasonable fuel prices! Stopped on our way down to Moab. Borrowed a crew car for lunch and a tour of the old Idaho State prison which is now a museum, which is worth a visit for sure. Airport was super busy with traffic. #cirruspilot

Terrible experience. Requested overnight fuel, but they forgot. Took 90 minutes to locate someone to assist. No apology offered at the desk. Todd, the FBO manager, made no effort to expedite things. The day prior, we attempted to depart early to beat the fog in Canada and make customs, but again, delays and Todd's difficulty operating the computer for payment resulted in a 30-minute departure delay. We missed our weather window and had to return to KBOI. I saw a carpet under a jet during taxi out that was not removed. Dangerous situation. 0 out of 10.
