FBO safety culture is severely lacking. FBO doesn't embody just culture and is at significant hazard to operations. Attitude towards customers and fellow employees is toxic and contributes to a culture where employees would never feel safe to self report and grow towards continuous improvement.

Flew up to Bemidji short notice. The FBO was prompt and came out full service fuel. The people on the inside were super friendly and talkative. They told me how I could get a crew car if I ever needed it. And then as I was leaving, they gave me some local barbecue sauce, which was funny. Superb service.

Awesome FBO and the nicest people. The crew here went above and beyond during my visit from the Northeast in my SR22. This included scheduling me in for some very specific maintenance. I was far from home, but these guys took care of me like I was a local friend on the field. Free local BBQ sauce with fuel too!

Extremely friendly and helpful FBO! I was in a bit of a rush and they attended to my aircraft quite quickly and with smiles all around. Hope to be back and spend longer here for sure!

Great airport with friendly staff and nice crew cars

Flew in to pick up my sis in late Oct and take her to WI to see the parents. Bought fuel and the FBO gave me a bottle of BBC sauce from local “Beers Blackdog BBQ sauce”. Fantastic! It’s really good (Just used it, 11-12-21z). Friendly staff; great stop. Cheers, Dan
