I'm an Air ambulance pilot that landed 2300 on Saturday night. First time I've been to BJC since a corporate job. No services. Nobody here. Call out number no joy. Goes to voice mail. Crappy crappy crappy crappy. I have already made the calls to avoid KBJC in all future flights. I have to pit stop on the way home to get fuel now. So does SheltAir. Nobody there either.

Excellent service. Did a quick stop at KBJC we got marshaled in, did not require fuel but the agents at the counter were very pleasant. Will return again.

Parking fee is $26 a night for a Cessna 182. They charge an $8 per night security fee, and then for every 10 gallons of fuel purchase, they will waive $30 of the total fees.

First class service! Flew our SR22 in for Boulder parents weekend to visit our son. Rental car was brought out to our aircraft by Sam. Jennifer and the other gals at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Self service pump option at R6 was reasonable for a busy airport like KBJC. Perhaps Signature has turned a new leaf with kinder gentler pricing for single engine piston pilots? #cirruspilot

Morning Front Desk person is very hard to work with. Very unfriendly and does not communicate at all. Poor interaction on three different days. Line personal are awesome...
