Outstanding service! The line crew promptly fueled our aircraft. Barb provided ice water while we figured out whether to stay or proceed. When we decided to stay, she found us an affordable room even when most hotels were fully booked. Then she drove us to our accommodation.

I was on my first solo xc and had to divert to Bridgeport due to weather. Barb and the ground crew were amazing and very helpful, gave me food recommendations and a crew car! Very clean and well organized facility.

On the phone, Barb was incredibly friendly, professional, spent time finding me a hotel and car, advised me about places to visit, and answered all my questions. While she was helping me, she made me feel like there was nothing more important that she could have been doing than helping this 182 pilot be 100% satisfied. Upon arrival, Barb wasn't there but I found the woman at the desk to also be very friendly and helpful. An excellent staff all around.
