The management is listening and I give them credit for correcting issues with the line crew that we had in the past. Yesterday at the last minute I diverted to KBDN. I didn't have high expectations but everything was perfect. Things were run like you would expect from a first class FBO. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to returning to Bend.

On two occasions now I've had no response from Sky Service when attempting to contact them on Unicom for fuel service. It is disappointing to have to walk to the FBO to obtain services that could be a simple radio transition. I'm not sure why but the facilities are available for self service fuel but that service is not working.

Landed in Bend and had some trouble finding the transient spots, Skyservice fuel truck assisted on radio. Then Skyservice staff helped us get their crew car to move our gear out of the plane and allowed us to use it overnight. Absolutely the best service I've received in a long time flying the little single engine Musketeer.

We recently had an in-flight engine issue and needed to divert to BDN and the people at Skyservice were truly amazing. They helped us in every way possible and their maintenance professionals got our issues addressed, getting us airborne again very quickly. I will certainly go out of my way to stop at BDN and Skyservice in the future. Thank you all!
