Signature Aviation KBDL Pilot Reviews

I visited on 12/3/25 as a pilot on a 91K flight. Services were quick and efficient. We had a 3+ hour wait and Micheal at the front desk treated us well. He resolved an issue with my Tailwinds account, recommended a superb BBQ place for us to take the crew car and helped us understand the de-icing process. The FBO has a decent crew rest area and a fitness area. Good experience overall.

Where to begin. What is the point in calling ahead and informing them of a quick turn if when you arrive on the ramp you wait 45 minutes for fuel so they can fuel two aircraft that don't have passengers waiting and APUs running. Got parked with a 20 knot tail wind and the line guy shrugged his shoulders like somehow that's my fault. There are 5 line personnel and 2 fuel trucks but they decide they want to do the least amount of work in the longest amount of time. A 48 minute turn with 3 planes on the ramp.

I was doing practice approaches at Bradley last week and needed to use the restroom. I parked at Signature, used the facilities, and then got a bill for $433! Seriously? This included a $350 ramp fee for my light jet. Totally outrageous.

Had a wonderful experience arriving in a Warrior to visit the New England Air Museum. A marshaller was on the ramp to direct us to parking and two people were at the aircraft to assist us right after shutting down. The front desk had complimentary passes to the museum and offered to provide us transportation to and from. They even gave us a free copy of the museum’s coffee table book. The service was excellent, the facilities were ideal, and everyone maintained a positive attitude. Strongly suggested.
