Competing for possibly the worst FBO experience in 40 years of flying. A nasty little shack tacked onto the hangar running on sheer chaos. Ramp girl with iPad taking 'orders' and still waiting for lav and fuel 2 hours later after multiple requests. Ramp staff dithering with aplomb .. true experts at avoiding anything constructive. Desk staff lost clients car keys for two vehicles... an hour to resolve. Massive fees for absolutely zero service. A real pleasure to put it in the rear view mirror.

Gotta say, I had an excellent experience here. I usually fly to a different FBO but their overnight fees have gotten out of hand. BCT is literally half the price, and the rental car was one-third the cost! Line guy met us with the car, fuel truck met us (gas is definitely pricey but it is South Florida) and we were off. Departure was even smoother. I'm going to be back instead of the other airport.

Landed today in an Agusta 109 helicopter to pick up one passenger, didn't shut down. Received my invoice and found a $60 security fee (non-waivable), $353 facility fee (waived), and a $300 drop off/pick up fee (non-waivable), for a total of $381.00 with tax, all this for 5 minutes on ground. Atlantic didn't nothing to earn their fee, my passenger walked to helicopter, no assistance with bags. Called to see about reducing charge, was told we waived the facility fee. Will never go back to Boca.
