Overall nice facility, friendly service & easy in & out with car delivered to the aircraft, but they don't have any lavatory service which makes it tough after a long flight with a couple nights planned on the ground. ***No Lav Service Available***

Nice FBO, and wonderful people. Hooked us up with a local Ford dealer for a rental car and even offered hiking recommendations that worked out very well. Line guy brought the car out to the aircraft too. A+ service! Thanks guys! Enjoyed our visit here.

Landed at KBCB on the way home to Georgia and was surprised they charged me a $30 landing fee at the FBO. I fly a small GA airplane and this is the first time I've ever seen that. And I purchased 50 gallons of fuel.

Very hospitable place. Landed to refuel, they guided me with my light sport plane into a spot next to the bizjets and even though I only took 12 gallons to top off they gave me the royal treatment. I would definitely return here if in the area.

Computer in pilots briefing room still uses window 7 and is very slow. Otherwise very clean FBO and helpful staff. Will certainly be back.

Nice facility with a warm welcome. We could not take any fuel because of our passenger load. They kindly loaned us a car anyway. Check out this nice FBO, their excellent service, and their gem of a little town. You will be glad you did.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful facility. Gonna be many trips up and back to see our Hokie!
