I'm going to sound pretty much like everybody else but this is a WONDERFUL airport. My wife and son and I flew in from Chicago for the day in our Cirrus. Ted had the crew car on the ramp ready for us and it was a quick trip to the Neil Armstrong museum. The FBO building is new, spacious and a real tribute to the first man to walk on the moon - superb facility. Ted was a pleasure to deal with and a great ambassador for the area. The museum is definitely worth a visit.

I truly think this is the best FBO I've ever visited. Ted, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. We arrived late, but he greeted us on the apron, had the courtesy car ready, and was extremely accommodating. The facility is spotless. We will certainly return!

Flew in to visit the Museum last Saturday. The FBO was incredibly accommodating and let us use the crew car. The Museum was fantastic. I strongly suggest a visit!

The best GA airport/FBO around. Anytime I am in the area, this is where I stop. Facilities are new and amazing. The staff bend over backwards to assist you. Ted is the manager and very helpful—called me on CTAF after exiting the runway and gave me first class service. On field A&P (Kevin) offered unsolicited help with a small issue he noticed and got me going! Truly, this is THE spot I plan as a stop when passing through.

Ted and the crew at New Knoxville were fantastic. The FBO is probably the nicest public one I've been to, featuring really cool Neil Armstrong heritage. They offer a crew car you can use to visit the local area. I will certainly return!
